Add a temple

Is the temple in your town missing from the register? Add it here. Anyone may — you do not need an account.

The register was built from gazetteers, inscriptions and published sources, so it is strongest where somebody once wrote things down — and weakest exactly where the community lives now. A small shrine on a side street that has never had a web page is invisible to every method we have. You standing in front of it are the only source there is.

The building Name, as it is known locally

Description What should people know about it?

Write what you know for certain. If you are unsure of a date or a founder's name, say so in the text — "the elders say around 1950" is more useful than a year that turns out to be wrong.
